He's not credited on this episode, this is pretty much in line with everythin Katayama did before

Well it's not Katayama seeing as he's untagged himself, and nobody on the staff list matches this so I imagine it's the work of someone NC...

Either that or someone on said staff list leveled up.

So this is in fact Katayama's work, even if they denied it initially (probably because of personal reasons), but since Ryota Nakamura (who provides the storyboard here NC) is talking about it publicly it should be okay to tag them here. Whether or not Katayama wants their tag removed again is entirely up to them.

Edit: They went ahead and did just that.
