this was credited to Shinya Takahashi for a while but Nasry pointed out its definitely wrong, should be either TNK or Hiroshi Tomioka. The former already has a very clearly him scene earlier in the episode and paeses noted the hair here is off for TNK, so Tomioka presumed instead
