I kinda feel like this is the part that most closely resembles Nireki in this episode, at least from :00 to :18. The way the fire exhaust is drawn with the ends being incredibly pointy and jagged as well as some of the smears remind me of some of his stuff on One Piece. Someone that knows Nireki's style would probably know better though so I'm not tagging for now.
