Hiroaki Imaki was the chief animation director and responsible for correcting a lot of the close up drawings like at 0:31. He has a long history of correcting action animation without messing with the animators' timing or intentions (Bleach #341), so it's fortunate he's landed on two of the last three Signpost outsources, hopefully that trend continues.
