I will always love this entire sequence.
I really like Imai's work on One Punch Man, it seems more "solid" to me.

By the way, it is very interesting that the parts in Slow Motion are made in 1s

I'm sorry, I'm an idiot. By "solid", do you mean clean or more refined

I mean a very consistent movement that feels heavy.
Those slow motion cuts are everything

If someone is animating on 1s how many frames are they drawing a second?

If someone animates in 1s, it means that he is drawing 24 pictures per second.

In a simplified way, terms like 1s, 2s or 3s are used to refer to the number of drawings per second.
1s means that each drawing is different (24 drawings)
2s means that the same drawing is used twice before moving on to another (12 drawings)
3s means that the same drawing is used 3 times before moving on to another (8 drawings)
Where exactly are the Yutapon cubes? Yes there's cubic debris at 0:30, but the timing feels different from usual Yutapon cubes.

You can take it out yourself, you know ? Click the edit button in the left under "Options"
Those debris indeed don't look like what yutapon would do.

I'm not an expert with animation terminologies yet, so I was looking for second opinion before outright removing a tag from one of the most iconic posts in this website.
What defines Yutapon Cubes? The timing? The shape? The how that is presented on the screen?

Correct. Cubic debris =/= Yutapon cubes. The latter splits and disperses in a very specific way.
That's what Ajay told me once.
This is the most legendary pieces of animation and it almost reach 3000 too! Like Yutaka Nakamura score?! Crazy
Technically third but I guess now second post to reach 3k. (A little late I know)
todavia recuerdo cuando Mob seguia en booru y un chico comenzó a decir que usó bots para volver la secuencia de yutapon la más popular del sitio

buenos tiempos..buenos tiempos
