Tanaka did layout (rough) only for this scene and this is genga so none of the lines you see here were actually done by his hand. Which means it's possible that his paper layout was corrected by the AD, then scanned to a computer, and then cleaned digitally by the 2nd KA.

I have always thought he drew on paper but it's also entirely possible he picked up digital as well.
