The defunct Canadian department store Zellers commissioned the Richard Williams Animation studio to produce 4 different ads starring Batman and Robin in the late 1980s. Animator John Celestri, who also worked on Star Wars: The Story of the Faithful Wookiee, sole animated all four shorts. On his website, he has posted his rough poses and x-sheets for this particular cut.
