It depends cut to cut for Nakamura whether he does cleanup, but I'm not sure about this particular scene.

No not the one you referred to , idk how to point at at but when shishida that beast like quirk student rushed at shinso (mind control guy) through all those tubes breaking them ... give me a moment and i will share a link to that clip here and you guys judge

At the beginning of this video Is Nakamura's cut ..notice how smoke is done when shshida finally reaches shinso's place

Yukina Kosaka was inspired by Nakamura for that cut. There's loads of Nakamura inspired cuts because there isn't an animator who isn't a fan of him.
