Having watched the show, I'm certain the description is for a scene a bit before this one that hasn't been uploaded here in the booru.

It would be from around the 11th minute mark of the episode as the DeepL translation of this description says that Asuham (this blonde dude) "confronts the apparition" of a character called Karin, which is exactly what we see in that other scene, but not in this upload.
