Is Nozome Abe Human? That scene... surreal.
Abe outdid himself with this fight. Pure insanity.

0:27 what happened here
looks like he shifted his left leg out to move to position himself differently, happens kinda hard to see from the smoke
I didn't think it was possible for him to top his Excalibur Morgan but he somehow proved me wrong. This man is not human. Literal god.
Even trying to ignore the quality of the compositing here to better appreciate Abe's raw animation, moments like 0:58 are just too cool with the rotating camera and seamless 3d bg. Hats off once again to Ufotable's incredible compositing team.

Abe + Ufotable = the best
Finally able to watch the movie, this whole fight sequence was absolutely phenomenal. Abe's work to end it off isn't even human, so thankful to Ufotable and all the incredible people who worked on this movie.
While I think that on a technical level his scene in HF2 is a bit more impressive, the fact that Abe can create almost two straight minutes of animation that never dips in quality and makes you feel like you're on a rollercoaster makes this my favorite scene from him
I have a question ? How they use Interpolation techniques in frame what softwares they use ?

This is me paraphrasing someone else but I remember reading a comment on one of the KnY posts that abe's one of the only guys who animates consistently in 1s in the industry
