Otogizoushi gengashuu has two scenes from episode 7: this, and post #149540, with Asako Nishida and Kazunori Akiyama being the only two credited in both the episode and in the back of the book. Since this was already my guess and is also the only episode Nishida did genga on, she is confirmed for this scene.
