In this case, all the drawings were made by Ogura
"修正 原 画" is translated as Corrected Original Drawing, so they are attributed to the animation directors, in this case there are none corrected, but if there were, it would be from Air's Mechanical Animation Director, Takeshi Honda

EDIT:
In the original post someone says it was corrected by Honda, but does anyone really have evidence for it? In the Groundworks, no drawing of the first cut is attributed as a correction
These are all corrections. Notice how parts of each image are missing, because those were the portions not redrawn(theres also no timing charts on any of the images). Also the handwriting is definitely Honda's. These days he doesnt circle the number and letter like you can see here, but he stopped doing that probably on Jin Roh's production.

So if so many mecha cuts from this scene are corrected by Honda shouldnt he be tagged in the parent post as well?
