Ayako Hata is credited with enshutsu and sakuga, so its likely that she did 1st KA for the whole 4 minute OVA, though the presumed tag stays because Aoyama is credited with 作画協力 which could mean a number of things but given the context I would assume he only cleaned up some of her cuts.
