So if you're wondering why the tagging history for this is weird, initially I thought this was the work of Kubo because of a scene from OPM2 that I had misremembered as being his (due to how similar his name is to Masao Okubo's), then I checked out the Precure scene he did effects work for and I thought those looked pretty similar to this so I'm presuming him here. Also he's top credited.
