wow,riooo is amazing
and the nakamura influence is HUGE

he really perfected the styles he goes for
Not a fan of the compositing for the purple beams. Thankfully that doesnt take away form Riooo's amazing animation!
not a huge fan of the effects
absolute madness what he does, a true blessing to witness his rise. (compositing on purple beams is horrible, very fake looking)

You mean the compositing? Yeah it could be better. Great scene nonetheless

Yeah, wrong terminology. I think all of 0.0 to 0.8 looks incredibly unappealing along with the bits around 0.13 to 0.14. Not sure I would classify this as a great scene.
I'm surprised we're still doing this 154 episodes later, or maybe some people commenting are unfamiliar with the series.
Either way, the animator isn't responsible for compositing their own work, recommend appreciating the great animation instead and the genga they shared.

I'm not blaming the animator for anything. I think the genga work is quite good. I just didn't think it was a great scene.

It's a great scene to me for various other reasons.
Great scene but the compositing really takes a lot from its beauty...
