Doesn't rule out the potential of him having done more cuts but I imagine those would have been confirmed as well

Ah, I see

Still doubtful personally since Shinohara doesn't seem like the type of animator who'll do a ton of cuts in an episode IMO but some of the effects miiiight look close enough to him if my eyes don't decieve me
