I thought it was Sho Yamamoto at first but his effects are slightly different and he also wasn't credited on #01.

Overlapping staff includes:
(Michi/Aki)o Hasegawa - nothing is known about them, but they've been animating for a while
Tamaki Ishii - nothing is known about them
Haru Watanabe - unlikely, we've seen quite a bit of their work
Haruo Miyagawa - nothing is known about them, but given how long they've been animating for I would say it's unlikely. They're also a mecha designer for the series.
