Only just watched this episode and as great as it is, I don't think this is Sato's work

edit: it seems my previous NC guess caused a misunderstanding, which lead to the actual NC animator revealing themselves. That was not my intention at all and I don't feel great about it. I guess if there is a silver lining it's that some of Sute's best work can be appreciated for the awesomeness that it is at least.
Man, there's nothing like seeing a newer animator keep up the kanada school traditions. Love this one so much.
