The two artist tags were put there by an insider so we don't know what they did exactly. Taguchi also has very few confirmed scenes featuring effects animation and given how long this scene is (even longer without my editing), plus the involvement of Koji Yabuno as AD, it's difficult to pin down her work. I can say with 99% certainty the cut from 1:03-1:06 is her, as it's exactly how Nishio would draw a hand in that situation right down to the smears. So with that in mind I would assume she was responsible for the first 1:15 of this upload but it's such a long part that it's possible other people's involvement slipped in. Tsumagari likely did from 1:14/1:16-end as the lightning changes.

The last cut also features Ryo Ohashi's CG smoke in the foreground btw, he's currently doing some cool things on Fire Force.

Some parts (including the corrected part) maybe belongs to Yoshiki Nozawa, since she's action and fx animator and usually took a very lot amount of cuts + there's a notable cut after this clip has her artstyle.

edit : 1:03, 1:13-1:15 and Boruto cut near the end (1:22-1:23) are probably her artstyle (with some fixes by AD Tsumagari)
