Tweet about Kenji Irie's end card for this episode references this scene. The art here certainly looks like it could be his. The most interesting part of this to me is the odd smear at frame 234 (and frame 1872 of post #172452 ), I only notice them in cuts I suspect to be Irie but I can't tell if it's just my bias.
