Not familiar with any of these names, but it's rare to find such careful and fluid animation in early Pokemon outside of Iwane and Tamagawa's episodes.

EDIT: Going by another cut from this episode that was uploaded years ago, the animator might be Noriyuki Kitanohara. I also did a search of these names, and, based on their other credits, it seems that this episode was outsourced to KyoAni. Sadly, a couple of the listed animators were killed in the fire.

Several names would go on to do great work at Kyoto Animation, so that's noteworthy
