Scott gave this vid to me pivately as they think its the higest quailty ver of this. Sorry about the fps this time I can tell it's a bit off but if anyone knows of a better ver plz do tell! Thank you.

What's your method of cutting and encoding clips for the website?

I use HitFilm Express when cutting stuff but the encoding comes from HandBrake. It helps out a lot but I feel like it sometimes compress the video and I'm not sure how to undo that.

when using handbrake make sure to set the fps to same as source if you aren't already, the program has it set to encode at 30 fps by default

I would recommend the following guide I wrote. Will save you a bunch of steps and prevent the frame rate issues you're running into:
