Credited on this episode is "小馳那乃国広道" which seems to be a misspelling of "小馳那乃國広道", a known Kogawa pseudonym. For the record, it's possible that this cut could be Miyako Nishida, another NEOX animator who trained under Kogawa, but the timing reminds me so much of Kogawa's Ideon corrections that I think he's a safe guess.
