There was originally a page crediting this CM but it's been long offline. Someone copied the credits into a tweet and it listes Koji Nanke. It's a bit unclear but based on the tweets around it at the time it seems likely Katsuya Terada did most or all of the keys and it was timed and potentially inbetweened by Koji Nanke.

Leaving both credited since I'm not 100% certain.
