Kozuma mentioned on twitter that he recalls Shinbo having drawn the cut where the knife comes out but I'm presuming the rest is him as well due to proximity and the fact that the timing and effect shapes stay consistent throughout the entire scene. It's also worth noting that this scene and Kozuma's are literally back to back and the light flare at the beginning is eerily similar to one that appears in Musashi Lord #49.

Since I accidentally wasted one of my two allotted daily comments, I'll also briefly mention some UY uploads I'll be making today. Firstly, I'll be presuming all of the first upload to be Shinbo due to the small KA list. Not only is the timing extremely Kozuma-esque, the smears are also very remiscent of his AD work on Musashi Lord and there's even a Yamashita-like impact effect when Ataru hits Ten with the can, something that also appears in Shinbo's Musashi Lord episodes.

Secondly, it seems like the source FPS for the UY episode is 30. Couldn't find any release with a lower framerate and none of them were otherwise poorly encoded either. If you know what's up and want to replace those uploads, then feel free.
