pretty safe to say Shimizu handled the whole scene
I'm a bit confused since on atwiki the kiss scene is credited to Toshiyuki Inoue. I don't know what their source was though.

Yes you're right, 1:46 to the end should be Inoue but it's unclear where this part starts and stops.

sakugawiki has no source for it.
