Inoue credits the cut from 0:06 - 0:07s as Toshio Kawaguchi based on the e-sakuga genga. Should be a large part of the scene including cuts from post #118698

0:08 - 0:11 is Hiroyuki Okiura's director rough layout per e-sakuga

Tagging for rough L/O is similarly difficult as tagging for AD corrections because of the unary way the tagging system works, you could make an argument for tagging him on nearly every Jin-Roh upload, but the contribution is much more significant here.
this will never not be funny to me
This is so good
I quite like the movement at 0:18, it looks very realistic
Did these guys did douga for their own sequences? If not, then God bless that douga man🙏

Probably not. Films of this caliber usually have the best of the best douga artists on them, the type that spend their entire career in the role because of their talent alongside a copious amount of retakes to get it well instead of accepting whats turned in like usual TV anime.
looks like cgi, its so good
