I think this might be Hisaki Furukawa, but I'm hesitant because Satoshi Iwataki is both top credited, and a complete outlier. The art- shading especially- also feels different here than in post #113720, tho without knowing L/O or genga status it's hard to conclude anything from that. The camera in the last cut though is probably the biggest tell in Furukawa's favor though
