Is Yoshikazu Tomita a possibility? Their smoke and movement is really similar

"An animator contracted to another studio" are the key words. Could be even a studio people aren't familiar with. A freelancer like Tomita with a distinct style who already works with Toei would have been super obvious. Besides this is more loose compared to what he does.
