first cut is clearly different from the rest of the scene

gonna tag remake because it should be split but I dont really feel like doing it lol

There's an alternation of 1 frame with, and the next frame without smears, for the 3rd frame to then have smears again, on the cut starting at 0:22. Wonder if this was done on purpose, or if its an inbetweener mistake.
It's all on 1s, so one can't really see it either way, but still.
