this is a spicy debate so I'll just throw my guess out there,
I think the last cut is Masaaki Endo's NC work

the transparent cusps just prior to the smoke emerging is one of his biggest tells and not something commonly done by effects animators (or any animators), also he draws cube debris very often, though the pattern here is pretty close to Norio's I can see how it would be mistaken.

It breaks my heart to inform you he was infact incorrect. Its a bit unfortunate he spoke without having all facts on hand, but everyone makes mistakes, Im just happy we can move forward with getting the facts in order

a lot more humble than you were earlier for a guy who thought it was hashimoto (proven false!). Still no source on it not being norio though, interesting. :D
