Just as the previous upload I believe this could be the work of Heshigo credited under "Special Animation" who has been doing this sort of work (albeit more minimalistic) for most of the second half of the series.

you might be right but what I dont understand is why their credit is listed so far from the genga page, and actually with the opening animation credit even? I'll try to look into it more
