What a crazy man, he is so good and still showing every scene he does why is the top 1 animator of One Piece.
Ishizuka has been embracing the superior brushstroke impact frame. First it was Yutaka Nakamura, now he will tackle Kameda.
Btw grateful about how the compositing department didn't blur those sweet sweet brush strokes this time around.

Ishizuka himself leaves notes what should be blurred and what should be left alone.
all animators do, very rarely is blur used without it being intentional on the part of the key animator
