This is one of the most stand-out cuts of the entire series, absolutely amazing style on the character art, very expressive. I have to think the same person who did this also worked on episode 118 which has a similar style, but I've been unable to track them down. Very sad because I'd love to see more of their work.

both episodes have Shingo Ogiso AD but the drawings here don't look like him, animator for this scene probably wasn't corrected

my best guess among the animators shared between both eps would probably be Osamu Yamane, effects/timing are close enough to his other work on the series imo
