Any ideas on who animated the cut at 0:15? I remember seeing this in the theater and thinking that bouncy hair felt familiar but I'm not sure who.

i suspected nami iwasaki at first might have been put in charge of the final scene here but i'm not sure either. will have to wait for my set until next monday, to see if the sb commentary booklet confirms anything or not
