Meanwhile the fire spurts are identical to post #113955 and post #114032, so I'm pretty confident Shinoda did the first half, he goes until 0:27.

Masayuki Yoshiki has been presumed on the 2nd half for as long as I can remember but I don't think he's an action animator, it also looks much more like Kengo Matsumoto's early animation in my opinion. The smoke exiting cut is also similar to something he did on a later Tsuru episode: post #110495
