Am I the only one who prefers shorter clips instead of whole scenes on the booru?

I mean, I always come back to certain posts to rewatch some specific moment, hopping to see that special thing the animator did that got my atention in the first place. That's way harder to do if the uploud is three, four minutes long. If I wanted to see entire scenes, I would probebly just rewatch the whole movie. Besides, 46 MB videos can be a trouble for those out there with bad internet connections.

Sorry if this sounds kinda harsh. I ain't here to start a thing or to talk shit about other people contributions to the site. Since I haven't been around for a while, I'm not in the position to do so anyway. Just wanted to put it out of my chest and see if anyone else feels the same way that I do about it.
I think that's completely fair and in a lot of ways I agree and feel the same way, but with this scene specifically it's currently in 5 parts which has a similar effect of making it kinda impossible to digest? You have to click around a few times to put the whole scene together in your head, more so if you haven't watched the movie before. In my opinion the lesser of two evils is to have the whole scene together in one organized place than a chaotic mess where uploads from the same part are split so heavily.

At the end of the day the mods will decide but this is more or less the direction the site has been going for a long time now and I've found it easier to just go with the flow.

Last point I'll make is that animators are often disappointed to see their cuts missing or half-way split between stuff so I've made it a point to avoid ending scenes early or doing too much meddling with the editor in the stuff I upload. Obviously Okiura prob doesn't care but just in general for archive purposes I find this way more efficient yet, like you said, still far from ideal.
Okiura is one of the best animators in history. Wish he'd done more stuff.
This is the best character acting I've seen so far

According to Mamoru Oshii, he banned typical anime character acting, arguing that the way people act is around 90% unconscious.
