I understand that the clip I posted wasn't good enough but does too bloated imply that I should have cut stuff out of it and then it would be acceptable? Or is just the animation itself not acceptable and thats the critique of it? I can understand either, I just want to make sure I don't try and post something that already been not approved.

"Too bloated" means that the post goes on for a bit too long and the animation isn't consistently good enough for it to go on for that long so they want you to cut out the weaker looking cuts and repost it with the better looking cuts.
