I ask this as I want to post the scene at 3:25 in the video from the game Lunar 2 in the Sega CD, which is a cutscene running in engine (not a Full Motion Video because you can see how awful it looks in the system when you look at Sonic CD's FMV intro) and as such it's a pixel art animation
I'll ask to the mods then, because I don't know if it has an original animation made on cels later brought to the computer. If anything it has hand drawn animation later made by Gonzo on the PS1 version based on thisRyukoProp said:
