Discords like, the sakufa foundry one, the "Striving for Animation" discord etc are maybe the places to go?
It's mostly through talking with peers who have entered the industry and are currently working in the industry.
Checking out interviews with them (maybe people like Bahi, Henry Thurlow etc has done interviews on these things)?
Kay Yu also may have done some.
Hopefully you can find some resources!

questions about making it to the industry? (links on similar old thread don't work)
I'm a full time animation student in New York, and my dream is to go overseas and make it into the industry; i know it'll be difficult, but it's my lifetime passion and i intend to keep persisting
..Although, I would really appreciate some advice! especially links to other forums/sites where people have already talked about this or more in-depth.
I saw a forum post on here with this same question, but the thread was 7 years old! In the replies there were two useful websites linked, but they seem to be down or gone.
The sites mentioned were the anipages forum, and " http://furansujinconnection.com "
since i can't access those, does anyone know of a similar forum or something they can link me to that talks about this? i appreciate anyone's personal advice too!
