It's not my call to make so excuse me if I come off rude for whatever reason, Why not put a presumed tag on here and the clip after it. I feel like this is Tori's style. It reminds me of some fights from the Asterisk War and in Senran Kagura.

Looks closer to Takashi Torii's style of action than Takeuchi's. Mysto had a pretty solid source but said sources memory about the movie had already caused a mistaken tag for an action scene in this section, so this could be the same. Especially so since Takeuchis Action AD part is the scene before this, the two could've been easily conflated. Going with pure eyes it's Torii over Takeuchi.
