I'd initially heard that Nakamura did the color parts and Morimoto did the B&W, but evidently that's not right. Is it the other way around, or did Nakamura do that too?

in this interview we have Morimoto confirming that he did the scene ( although he didn't mention Nakamura and which part he did ) :

edit : my point is : nakamura didn't animate the entire scene ( by entire scene i mean the black and white part and the colored part ) + i'm quite interested in knowing which part was done by Morimoto and what was done by nakamura

let's make it clear.
Morimoto misremembered in the interview with Yuichiro Oguro about the black and white part.
In Evan Minto's interview, the color images reminded him .THAT colored part was done by Morimoto ,that's correct.
But how about the bw ? Thanks to bahi jd , when he worked with Morimoto , he asked him all this confusion in person. Morimoto said that is all Nakamura's . You can find it in bahi jd's twitter

澄清一下，都是森本在和小黑的采访中记错了。其实后来森本才记清楚，在Minto的采访中说了彩色的摩托片段才是他。而最后bahi jd亲自确认了，森本说黑白这段不是他，全部是中村孝的。
