I usually only put the tag if the thing in question is well animated, rather than just exists in the scene but in this case I would say it should be here, good catch.

I'm still kinda new here, still hard for me to know if something is well animated or not

Generally, pieces of animation with above average frame counts, draftmanship/detail and consistent and smooth movements will be considered to be well animated(theres more to it than this).
