I did it for you but it's as simple as copying the Id:# (in this case "79069") found on the left and pasting it in the "parent post" field of the older post you want to link it to, and then pressing enter.

Actually it is the other way around since the genga post has always been the child post. Otherwise the explanation is exactly as Purple said.
