Man, I hope that after this season JC's executives will realize that a series like this needs a proper pre-production, because I know the staff can deliver some good stuff if they're given enough time to work. Also, that the digital compositing team tones down the ghosting, 'cuz I can barely see what's happening in the scene when things get intense.

Where is your info? Because this sound stupid.
Just because it started in 2016, doesn't mean it went smoothly.

Exhibit A: Attack on Titan S2
Also it was the production committee’s fault they didn’t give them time and they were overworked with other works but can’t deny J.C Staff need to arrange the production of this earlier because it’s near to Aot lamo
The motion blur is killing me this season
It didn't start production in 2018 lol. The second season got announced to be "in production" at the Wanpan Wall Festival in March/April 2017 and likely started, at the very least, a couple months before that.

It also didn't help that DAL's action scenes were too ambitious it took most of the studio's time and resources which led to this problem regarding OPM's lackluster production. Props to the freelancers tho, for what little time they had they still did a great job this episode. Hope they help JC staff again someday when they decide to work for another season of OPM or DAL but hopefully with better schedule.
Loving the swagger in his walk at the beginning, wish they'd had that last a bit longer

Well actually, production started in mid-late 2018 because from what we can tell, the series was stuck in pre-production hell for months since J.C. Staff was bombarded with stuff. Otherwise, the result wouldn't be what this season has been.

LOL, no. The season was only greenlit in 2016. JC Staff started animating in December 2018.
