Just like the top right corner says, what we first see is the rough animation, with a few keys in, and then it's 2nd key animation phase, which is basically finishing details of the animation. Should also be said that between the two phases the first rough a nimation was already supervised.

Holy smoHoly smoke, I just figured out I used to watch this dude animate as a hobby when I was a kid. So glad he made it big. Also that's what I guessed, but I know that another man doing corrections isn't an uncommon occurance, so I got cofnused since I saw no other animator in the credits.
