Normally the dead giveaway for Uda is the way she shades her debris with a ton of different creases but sadly there's no debris in this scene. Also it helps that there were only a few really nice scenes in this episode and Hironori Tanaka and Kosuke Kato are already confirmed so that just leaves Uda as the big name missing.

Not really, some names are easy and some require a lot of looking into and double checking. Usually it's always best to air on the side of caution, as artist_unknown is better than an incorrect tag imo.
