Hmmm... The timing and the fast smear movement seems familiar, but this type of "sketchy lines" are so common in Mob Psycho it's quite confusing to find who did what ¯\_(ツ)_/¯, Tho... could this be Inson Chon(Jeong Inseon) this cut seems extremely similar to his cut in episode 6 ?
