since so many animators are in this upload, here's an easy breakdown for who did what.

Cuts 1-4: (the rotation up to the shuriken throw) is Adachi

Cut 5: (the flamethrower) is Habara

Cut 6 (the duel between megaman and Burai) is Kitada

Cuts 7-8 ( Subaru picking up the transer and looking up) is Chikaoka

cuts 9-10 ( cuts of Misora and Luna turning to face the camera) is Kitada

Cuts 11-12 ( Subaru running and flying off) is Chikaoka

Cut 13 (last cut) Adachi did the artwork of the characters, and Habara did the effects as Megaman appears.
