These digital effects (1:01-1:06) are definitely Yoshihara considering his digital effects background, and also he seems to have oversaw the effects of Hosokawa's scene (0:33->35).

I love Black Clover to bits but goddamn it, It really got the short end of the stick. (especially at the beginning) At least it got better near the end of the anime.
